One of my new favorite drinks has to be the Aperol Spritz! Why you ask? First, the color. It’s a beautiful vibrant red-orange color. Then, it has a beautiful balance of sweet and bitter tastes making it super refreshing. Finally, it has bubbles! Cheers and enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 ounces Aperol
- 3 ounces Prosecco
- Splash of club soda
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large wine glass with ice, add the Aperol, Prosecco and soda. Give it a stir and garnish with a thin slice of orange.
