If you have not heard of it before, well you have now. Sgroppino is a delicious Italian cocktail made with three simple ingredients: lemon sorbet, vodka and Prosecco. It’s that simple! But it is also dangerous as it goes down way too easy and you tend to forget that it has vodka and sparkling wine in it.

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup lemon sorbet
- 1 ounce vodka
- Prosecco, chilled (about 3 or 4 ounces)
Instructions
- Put the sorbet and vodka in a shaker and give it a good shake till blended. Place in a pretty glass such as a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Enjoy!
